It might be in our best interests to redefine the TO position as Interim Treasury Managers to stay within the spirit of past WIP language. They are Treasury Managers, with limited expectations of doing market research and temporarily maintain their management responsibilities during interim periods.

Given that the position exist while there is a TM or notml, unsure Id rename to that. For one, they aint really interim, and two once a TM is there the title doesnt make sense.
