Yea perhaps we need a preliminary poll before this progresses further to gauge interest and save time…something along the lines of Option 1: Willing to merge at current market value of Spell/Abra. Option 2: Willing to merge at a discount to market value. Option 3: Do not merge at any cost.

Merging at a discount is silly… this would mean people woudl dump the profits instantly and sell to acquire them thereby crashing SPELL if the discount is on WMEMO or vice versa. I think @moomoolixu said it best having the importnt distinction between your bank and actual company… More people ought to give this thought instead of just rushing into this! Speak up people!
