The value of wMEMO needs to be pegged to the value of the treasury.
Otherwise you end up with arbitrage traders taking advantage of the difference.

I think this should be staled better with āHolding timeā in mind,
too many frogs out there me included ware huge supporters and believers in the project,

the most recent vote proposal is just aint fair, most of us sold right after that recent news (sifuās dox),
i see no reason why whales and newbies that just bought will end up with the treasury that we all built,
this will end up really bad for everybody that was involved in this project or any other existing/future projects involved with Dani and other related to him.

3 wallets, <3 days old, 25k votes based on holdings. Yes, BS. Apparently there was talk of changing this to # of holders, that would swing this the other way easily. Iāve ranted enough, now I have to unstake from a farm, move shit around and still wonāt have enough wmemo to swing it. I have some time, if it gets that close, Iāll do it. And there are enough saying this that it may be possible to flip it. 5 days though to put a team together and convince those in power to give it up and let someone else take this over. Not feasible. Has anyone considered the possibility that if the vote passes and the funds are to be handed back, that the current proposal doesnāt say how the funds are to be distributed. Perhaps the frog nation should apply weighting to TIME held. It would be easy enough to add another vote after this current one finishes.
Vote 1 (current) - Hand funds back or not
Vote 2 (follow-up) - Distribution method and holder weighting.
It would be possible to apply increased weighting to longer team bag holders to reduce the share of recent whales and avoid a complete rug of the frogs.

If Dani and the others team members havenāt voted yet that are eligible with their own wallets, we are definitely screwed.
Theyāve stacked this deck pretty hard. Extend the vote, or change it to not be tokens held. Governance should not have the rules change in flight, that is politics in operation. If only you apply Roberts rules, who would be the parliamentarian? Iāve seen this hack in local politics. This has to be about more than numbers. Nullify the whole damn concept of this vote, start over with a non knee jerk proposal. This is theft in a pretty package, plain and simple. That was the point of this project, level the field. Here we are, same shit in defi as central banks, big commercial banks trying kill local banks and credit unions. Big dogs want to kill the little dogs, pure greed.
