Treasury should penalize 25% on the unstatked value if the unstake happen within 2 hours. Any thoughts?

This whole penalty for rebase selling and trying to lock time is getting pretty repetitive, this is like the 5th post on it. Its already been confirmed it’s not a problem. People can do what they want with their money. They end up getting rekt by slippage, fees, and price.
