Buy an island or country

I propose that we frogs buy an island or country to declare as our own, if you hold enough wMEMO it will grant you citizenship, we do not have income taxes or capital gains tax and would be a great place to build out the future… we implement a DAO as our government to vote on etc, What do you all think?

There is no need to pass through RFC. With this proposal we can go directly to the WIP!
