I propose to continue the wonderland project.
The heads of the team should be elected via a mixed criteria of snapshot power (i.e. the more token you own the more power you have) and representation (1 vote is always 1 vote, to prevent arbitrage from whales). The rateo should be defined, example: 40% power to snapshot and 60% to representation
Then this team doesn’t have to directly manage the treasury. They need to find a investment fund that will manage it and make it grow. Rich people doesn’t manage their millions directly, they gave them to manage to experienced people, not programmers or youtubers (with all of my respect for you guys)
