I agree with everything mentioned here. Maybe we can combine ideas with Wonderland 2.0 and including Bastion into the mix

Looks solid.

Anybody calculated possible rev shares?

Lets say 20% of treasury earnings divided per holders wmemo amount.

I don’t think we need to include bastion, Dani maybe can help to identify promising individuals that are willing to doxx, or we can use the treasury to advertise new positions and hire professionals.
i like the wonderland 2.0 proposal, we should create a team of people for the treasury management since its huge to be managed by one person.

Best option I’ve seen so far.

I love this - it has my vote

I 100% agreed. best the proposel

Exactly. I agree.
Yesterday Daniele mentioned this in the AMA, that we should pick the most fitting solutions from all available proposals and create the best possible outcome.

This is the most detailed and thought out proposal i’ve heard so far. :+1:

This is a good way to head to a zero apy. The professor’s proposal has good ideas in every section. However, it may need slight modification, improvement or amending.

I propose splitting the proposal into thematic sections, this will allow intense discussion on one element, attract diverse views and comments and possibly a vote on the matter. I believe starting first with the management structure, a new treasury, communications team and other multi-sig should be in place before other votes. Then move to the issue of APY/revenue sharing or scraping or retaining the wmemo. This way the team will have a clear direction and a confident mandate to execute tasks.

At the moment we want to change the entire constitution with a single vote.

I agree 100% with this.

In addition (and I know this is going to be a bit more complicated) if I may suggest, to create a comparison table between each proposal outlining in detail the pros and cons of each solution.

We must never forget than an educated investor has a greater chance of building and retaining wealth long term, and it’s up to us to prepare, inform and cultivate our cohort.

This will allow each investor to better perceive the impact and implications of their vote and to select what he/she believes is the best possible option to create a superior proposal that will provide:

  1. A sound & flexible foundation where the leaders and investors can brainstorm and thrive
  2. A respectable, timely & sustainable ROI
  3. Exit strategies for those wishing to depart early, while protecting token value, revenue sharing and incentivizing long term holders.
  4. Environment of confidence and certainty for all parties involved
  5. Arrangements for new investment opportunities to increase revenue.

What’s your opinion?

i back this proposal

I am 100% with professor’s proposal.

Me too I fully agree with this, I think this project is really big and needs to be managed by professionals. Dani and the team did a great job, but there is really a need for more professional team members.

100% agreed. Even if can’t hire him, we should hire a profesional. Also impelement these changes.
700M cannot be managed by Dani only

I think the professor’s suggestion is very good and I wholeheartedly agree with him.
Perhaps there is really a way to include a monthly profit distribution for small investors.
However, it is primarily important that the management works in the background and, as the professor already said, Dani must be able to fully exploit his strengths and that only works if we all invest in a good back office in order to be successful in the long term. It also increases Dani’s motivation and relieves him. So I vote for YES!
