The goal of this proposal is to invest 3,000,000 $USD into Constellation with a target profitability of at least 15,000,000 $USD until 31/12/2025 not including additional rewards from running validator nodes or staking $DAG.
Constellation is in a unique position and massively undervalued due to their Layer 0 technology and partnerships with US federal agencies and projects like the DoD and the NDF DAO.

High Level Details:

Constellation Network is a Layer 0 network which allows DAG based subnetworks to be launched on top of it offering horizontal scalability, interoperability to any data source and the security of a L1 network in the form of Metagraphs.
Constellation’s Metagraphs are unique in the whole crypto ecosystem due their codebase not being limited by the underlying protocol (unlike EVM smart contracts). They solve the Oracle problem by extending a core consensus library and bringing it closer to the native application level stack thus being able to accept and validate different types of data from real world data sources outside of the traditional blockchains/crypto networks. The network is extremely undervalued due to the fact that their network is transitioning into the adoption phase now.
In order to boost and support adoption of its technology the Constellation team has prepared an Enterprise board with AAA names, has contracts with the DoD, partnerships with companies including CGI, Simba Chain etc and is a founding member of the NDF DAO.

  • What does Constellation Network do?:

    • Constellations pursues a unique strategy for mass adoption: Federal (DoD contracts), legacy industry (NDF DAO) and Web3 (Metagraphs) supported by its Enterprise board which have all worked in executive positions for or with multi-national companies (Microsoft, H&M, Coca Cola, etc) and the White House
    • Constellation’s approach to DAG’s is unique in the way it has implemented them within the broader network. Specifically, multiple independent DAG ledgers can exist within the network and converge their states into one global state. This increases the aggregate concurrency and throughput capacity of the network in a way that no other protocol has done before, constructing what is referred to as a Hypergraph. This allows the Constellation Network to weave immutable state data originating from entirely different networks and systems together into one ever-evolving data structure.     • The data structure used for the Hypergraph is a Directed Acyclic Graph which allows for extreme high scalability due to asynchronous inputs being possible (there are multiple directions) in comparison to classical blockchains which consists of sequential blocks (there is only one direction).
    • Makes the network more usable for real-world applications, translates to faster processing times, accommodates more transactions without getting congested, helps to ensure decentralization as adoption grows.
    • TX and snapshot fees are at the business level, projects that build metagraphs are the ones that pay a small fee for each snapshot submitted, they can then either keep their metagraph free for users to use or charge fees to users.

  1. Token price appreciation
  • Initial investment amount will achieve at least a 10x until mid to end 2025
  • 5x the initial investment amount (15,000,000 USDT) will be taken out as soon as 10x the initial investment amount has been reached (or by 31/12/2025 at the latest)
  1. Staking rewards (through operating operator nodes or staking $DAG into Metagraphs)
  • Validator nodes have about 45% APY based on the 250,000 $DAG node collateral (network rewards halvening impacts this number)
  • $DAG staking profitability will varies depending on the specific Metagraph

Risk Assessment

  • Risk: very low due to elementary support
  • Profitability: very high due to new technology for the coming decade (and the associated high application possibilities and adaptations), additionally already supported from US federal agencies and US legacy industry partners
  • Return: at least 10x an investment through price appreciation alone (value based on last bull run); in addition, there is a high APY for staking, which will result in even higher returns
