I did a mistake an accidentally typed my seed phrase on the wrong website. I have money staked on wonderland.money that is linked to that wallet. Am I able to transfer the stake to my other wallet.

You should be able to transfer your tokens to any wallet…Your tokens are sent to the address of the wallet you type in when you are sending it. I suggest you empty out that wallet, delete the extension from your browser and buy a ledger or trezor hard wallet. Or use a different hot wallet. In the future, be very careful, go slowly, and triple check any crypto transactions because they are non-reversible and you do not want to lose your crypto assets. Good luck.
