Scope: As major stakeholders and founders in both Wonderland and Abracadabra, there is a perceived conflict of interest present in the negotiation capabilities of Sifu and Daniele.
Objective:
In order to provide meaningful representation, we should seek to appoint an independent group of representatives to appropriately assess Wonderland through an audit, then represent the interests of the stakeholders fairly.
