Proposal: Continue treasury farming and use rewards for repay

Hi,

main idea is what the title say, keep treasury on farming, and use rewards to repay all, after that, we would finally decide what to do with reserve.
This would be optimal, because we would have more time to decide what we really want to do, without having to do in a day and a half, and all will be repaid.

The proposal should be studied in greater depth, like how much treasury is making, who really is to repay, how much time this would give us, and so on.

I do agree with this, but Dani and Sifu want to exit using their massive MEMO reserves to make off with large portions of the treasure so it won’t happen.
