Proposal - Stop voting on proposals that impact several hundred millions worth of dollars if they don't contain enough detail

We can’t possibly vote on something as significant as winding down the treasury without having a firm understanding of what that would entail. What approach will be taken? What calculations are involved? Who gets what? When does it happen? What happens to illiquid investments? What accountability is there? This isn’t chump change we’re talking about.
