Proposal to use the Wonderland Treasury to Vote “No” on WIP#4

Whales are manipulating the vote on WIP#4 “Wind Down Wonderland and Give The Treasury Back to its Holders”. As the title of WIP#4 asserts, we the Frogs, are the holders of the treasury, and as such it is within our power to use the treasury as an entity of voting power. At this time, Frogs lack equal representation in determining the outcome of WIP#4, so using the treasury as an entity for voting will serve as a weight to equally distribute voting power across all frogs.

Those in favor of using the Treasury to Vote “No” on WIP#4, must vote “Yes” on this proposal.
