Remove votes from recently-bought TIME in the liquidation vote. Currently there is a MASSIVE conflict of interest which the community won't tolerate

Anyone who bought over the last 24-48 hours, has a massive incentive to liquidate the project. This way, they would get a 40% arbitrage profit.

All the TIME shareholders, on the other hand, are looking at a 50-90% loss.

We won’t allow for this to happen. All TIME / wMEMO bought over the last 36 hours (or whenever it went below backing) should not be counted in the vote.
