  1. Lock the project. No one else can buy in. Whoever is in, is in. Current holdings become percentage points of company ownership.

  2. Those that sell, no one can take their place. The treasury buys their share at current market value and percentage ownership is adjusted.

  3. Switch to profit sharing model.

  4. Use the treasury to farm yields across chains using a balanced portfolio approach.

  5. Form a board of directors. Can be broken down over chain investment if necessary.

  6. Any seed investments are voted on by the board.
