No the USA has civil law ( Law of the sea) like the rest of the western world. You would sue the owner etc as in personally liable.

that is not true, a corporation or LLC and some others are separate legal entities. suing the owner requires piercing the corporate veil

I think ex convict should receive good compenstation if he is proved innocent tbh.
I volunteer myself too if required to help manage this. I have a legal background and own my own firm.

Why would you compensate someone for doing a bad job? Normally you get fired like what happened.

From what I heard Sifu actually managed the treasury very well. So if he did not steal from Wonderland noone should be accusing him without any proof.

Interesting ideas, particularly the investing in pow and investing also outside of the crypto space.
To build on the mining idea, could be interesting to buy/Rent some land and build a mining site in a relatively sunny country and make it fully powered by solar.
There is a couple of Interesting locations with small Deserts that could work.
I say solar due that recently country’s stopped/forbid the mining of crypto due to power outages. Like that you could bypass this issue.

Well, he commited crime, but he also did time in jail. So according to law he repaid his debt to the sociaty. I do not know if that changed him however I would rather judge him by the work he has done for Wonderland, and so far noone proved he stole from us. He could have neen planing but theere is no proof but what is certain, is that some people tried to use Sifu’s bad past to steal Wonderland treasury and it was all well planed.

Yes, definitely there shoudl be full proper audit. If there is evidence of crime there should be consequencess but what if there is not?
Well look at this price drop because they kept the criminal history hidden. That already an issue.
Second if you see the hostile takeover of the treasury now at reduced price for them, in finance that is called insider trading.
The price drop was mainly caused by liqudation cascades. Sifu’s past was deliberately used at the end to bring the price down even more. I belive we all could be better off we all standed united.
