Hi everyone. I can’t find support anywhere so I’m asking for help here, please. I un-staked my TIME MEMO in the Wonderland staking pool and confirmed the transaction, but it’s still showing staked. Any suggestions on how to move forward?
The problem is you are trying to unstake. You should not do that.
More seriously, try the support chat in Discord. Folks are nice.
Remember the first time you try to unstake, you need to “approve” before you can “unstake” just like when you staked the firs time. If you still have MEMO, it’s because you didn’t unstake.
