What about a fee burn of TIME to disincentivize unstaking and staking repeatedly

Any thoughts? It would create a deflationary tool for the protocol. Just an idea :v::frog:

Honestly i like the idea. This could prevent the consecutive unstaking and raise the treasury balance as well.
