What use is wMEMO bought after the January 29th 6am deadline?

In the proposal for Wonderland 2.0, the roadmap says that only wMEMO bought before January 29th at 6am can be exchanged for a share of the treasury at backing.

So what is the use of any wMEMO bought after the deadline? Can it still be used to buy into Wonderland 2.0?
