wMEMO to ETH Question

Hey there,

What is the most cost-effective way in your opinion to go from wMEMO to ETH?

Up until now I was sending AVAX to Metamask wallet on Avalanche Mainnet and swapping it for TIME, then staking TIME for MEMO.

Right now, I know I can wrap it to wMEMO and trade it on Sushi Swap, but how do I get the ETH on Ethereum Mainnet from that?

Could you please explain it to me step-by-step?

Sell wMEMO for MIM, trade MIM for wETH and bridge ETH ? Not sure. Never done this before so…

I would argue its not a Wonderland question, but always trying to help.
