Why all cry about being liquidated? Do you want a 100% probability of getting a profit in high-risk investments? Or 100% confidence of not being liquidated? I was liquidated, and I don’t cry because I was betting on a leverage position, and failed. I don’t expect any refund, I only put money that I know I can lose.

As much as I am grateful for what sifu had done regarding the treasury, I dont think this would be a right move as of now. I have nothing against his past.But we have to understand that we are the largest dao as of now and not many people like that. So I can guarantee there will be another fud in the future regarding the same issue. I am fine with sifu working in the background advising the team, but its not the time to have his face on the team as a treasury manager.

Let me explain how dumb your reply is.
People are accusing Sifu of his (possible) previous crimes. Now you are providing his statement as proof of his generosity and honesty. This is totally illiteracy from your side.
Also before quoting some message please read it properly. I wanted blockchain proof, not a screenshot.
Is that enough to give you confidence in the rest of the statements?
Also, even a correct (though your reply is totally wrong and there’s no proof against it) reply on a specific point doesn’t mean you get away from the rest of your statement. You need to provide proof of evidence for all of your claims. This is a proposal, not a party.
You are trying to re-instate a SO-CALLED CRIMINAL who is surprisingly popular (also to me) in the community. You better have valid and strong proof against your claim.
Sifu has shown very positive intent to all those around him over the long haul BRING HIM BACK Wonderland NEEDS HIM

I mean, it’s in the open at this point. Read my post above for my thoughts on how we could disarm it as FUD going forward. But the TL;DR is: increasing transparency and education.
I try not to be instantly biased against all people labeled as “criminals,” and your use of the term is just an appeal to emotion.
The funny thing is, I originally read Dani’s post saying he has changed as a bit naïve… but the more I’ve read about Sifu’s background, the more I see people biased against him just because he was jailed when younger, and the more I think about basic human rights and social decency… the more I agree with Dani’s initial assessment.

I’ve noticed this and it’s honestly unsettling. There are a lot of people that seem to not be willing to listen to logic and just insult you when you use it, rather than providing counterpoints or having a discussion.
I think a portion of them may be legitimately scared, uneducated, or close-minded. But it does feel like many are malicious and may have some other agenda.
Definitely support bringing Sifu back, just need more transparent communication moving forward.

- You asked for proof that Sifu returned funds to Ruler, and I showed you a screenshot of the message where he explains having sent them. Andre Cronje (he’s a popular guy in crypto) posted a message in receipt of those funds. The screenshot is actually better, because it communicates far more about Sifu’s behavior in that situation than an Etherscan link. And that’s the important thing, and what’s relevant to voting him back into Wonderland. But if you demand {insert dramatic background music} “blockchain proof”, you’re free to dig it up yourself. It does exist.
- Continuing on that point, the objective of my proposal is to lay out a much fuller picture of Sifu’s past and present, than the narrow context in which he was voted out of Wonderland. While I didn’t invent any of the points in my proposal, this is also not a court of law, and I owe you absolutely nothing. If you question anything in the proposal, you’re free to DYOR.
- Finally, the most annoying of all dumb people are those who attempt to be articulate, but can’t quite pull it off. Like using the word “illiterate” where it doesn’t make sense, or stringing the words together, “proof against your claim”. It’s like some form of Dunning-Kruger. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned about these special kind of people, it’s that it’s absolutely futile to engage with them, so this ser will be my last response to you.
Personally I support this, but it won’t bring new people on if he continues to manage wonderland due to his reputation. As I said, Sifu has damn fxcking skills.

Facts:
- Project started just a few months ago, Sifu as the head of Treasury
- Sifu got liquidated not just once, but twice
- Sifu forgot to fund the buybacks on Sushi the same day a coordinated attack happened on the protocol (you can say whatever you want but still feels weird to me)
- Sifu was cashing out significant Time amount as “a salary” when we were basically all losing money
- Investments made (BSGG/NFT game/Cash pools) look good I agree, but too early to scream “victory”
So I’d say he was pretty shit as a treasurer and in fact would have been fired in a heartbeat in any financial corporate for what he did or did not. Time will tell what’s his worth as an investment advisor.
This project needs to have a rock solid team to attract new investors. To build trust. Sifu as a treasurer is a very bad message sent out there.
We have over 800MUSD of Treasury for god sake, can’t we hire a higher level and more “cleaner” profile ???
I would support to maintain Sifu as an investment advisor, but as a treasurer that’s a no go. I’m holding since 8th of November and I lost shit tons of money on this project. We deserve better.

bringing him back is the best idea because he is able to bring value to the treasury by increasing its value and he proved that by increasing his investment from 5mil to 70 mil if u r able to do wat he did or better than him than you should be the treasurer or if not left him be and as a precaution there will be a separate wallet where the funds will be kept which can be accessed by dani
Does the community really believe that Sifu is the only person that can manage this account? I would question the actual motivation of this proposal, I think people have become too personally attached to the person and not the position, as far as I am concerned this is an investment, not a social club. I have some near and dear friends but would I trust them with my money, not likely.
No matter what anyone thinks about the person, this proposal feels like a move backwards and not forwards.
Once you have fox out of the hen house, why let him back in - why take the chance?
